How do I start a search?
On the home page, you have several options for starting your new property search. Firstly, you can use interactive gallery to browse through the Featured Properties list which is made up of the best deals for the best prices in great locations around the United Arab Emirates.
The second option is to use the Property Search box which is found in the right column on every page of the website. In order to specify what you’re looking simply complete the appropriate fields including:
- Location: select your desired area. Leaving this field blank will search all locations.
- Price: the minimum and maximum price in your range
- Beds and Baths: the minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms you want
- Category: Select from Residential or Commercial properties. Leaving the boxes unchecked will search both property types.
- Type: Select from a list of property types including Villas, Apartments, Townhouses and Offices.
- You can also use the Advanced Search to specify other options such as community features, and more.
Why did the search results show that no properties matched my search?
The search you entered may have been too specific. To broaden your search and get results, try one or more of the following:
- Search in all locations instead of a specific area
- Broaden your price range by decreasing the minimum and/or increasing the maximum price
- Lower the number of bedrooms or bathrooms
- Remove Additional Search Terms You can also remove features from the Advanced Search.

When you first view your Search Results Page, you will see the results in List View. This means that the results are displayed as a list on the page.
