In easy steps and from anywhere in the world, you can now lease a unit or request a service, generate a work order for your home maintenance, and process payments online. Our multilingual friendly customer call center team will always be there to assist you with anything you need throughout the process, around the clock.
Our online payment works on a secure system and can be used for Khadamati services (including landscaping, cleaning, housekeeping, pool services and others), rental deposits and lease payment processing in general.
Once you select the service you would like us to provide you with, or the unit that you want to call “home”, take the following few and easy steps:
- Call us on 800 Khidmah (5443624) or +971 2 4080800 for international calls, or submit your request through www.khidmah.com (for services) or through www.UAE2Let.com (for leasing) and one of our agents will contact you shortly after
- Confirm your choice to use online payment to our agent
- You will receive an SMS and email message with a unique and secure “Order Number”
- Log on to http://eservice.khidmah.com
- Insert your email address and the unique “Order Number” you received
- Click on “Pay now” and proceed with our user-friendly system
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and one of our agents will contact you to schedule the requested service delivery
Congratulations! After completing these steps you will have successfully ordered, paid for and scheduled your service, wherever you are, all through a few mouse clicks!
